Jesus said to the Jews, “He who belongs to God hears what God says” (Jn 8:47a).
The question then becomes, what does God say?
The answer is very clear: in reference to Jesus, during His baptism, God said, “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased” (Lk 3:22b), and again at Jesus’ transfiguration God announced, “This is my Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased. Listen to Him” (Mat 17:5b).
So what does Jesus, the Son say that needs to be heeded?
He says, “If you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins” (Jn 8:24b).
Who does He claim to be?
He says “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (Jn 14:6).
We have finally gotten to the bottom of the issue!
Jesus is the Son of God; He is the only way to God, and therefore, in order to be saved, one has to believe in Jesus. Amen! Please do not argue about the facts and do not postpone making this decision. This your opportunity to get saved.
